0We’ve chosen not one, but three winning Haiku from our competition. Very well done to Pippa (10), Teddy (8) and Ray (well over 21!) and thank you for your lovely work. You’ve each won yourself a £5 book token. We’ve also sent little packs of fun stuff in one of the limited edition Harry Potter bags made for Indie bookshop Week, to two local schools: Ferncumbe Primary and St John’s Primary. Both schools ran sessions on Haiku writing and sent us many wonderful entries that made us smile a lot.
We’d like to give a special mention to Louis from St John’s School for his Haiku. Louis, you are a kid after our own hearts! We think books smell great too, and we also love them as much as chips. We’ve given your poem a very sparkly gold star for making us smile a lot ?
