Wild Press Collection by Helen Ahpornsiri

Helen Ahpornsiri’s unique collection is made by hand from hundreds of leaves and flowers. The plants are pressed using traditional flower-pressing methods, then delicately arranged into bold new shapes and forms, capturing a perfect moment in time. She is interested in the idea of preserving plants like these and giving them a new narrative.

When foraging from the wild, she follows the BSBI code of conduct. She only collects small specimens from abundant species, being careful to cause as little disturbance to the environment as possible.
