We are a vibrant independent book shop in the centre of the historic little town of Kenilworth! Come and visit us in the shop, browse online or even join our book group.

Signed Books and Gifts

We have a wide selection of signed editions as well as gifts.

The bookshop has many friends who are authors and illustrators – and so we often have signed books, or beautiful signed bookplates.

We’re known for our love of illustrated books, so you’ll find a whole bay displaying some of the prettiest books you can find today.

We’ve also got a great selection of gifts, from jigsaws to exquisitely-designed card games, luscious hand soaps and creams, bookish stationery, ranges from Museums and Galleries and Two Bad Mice – and much more.

If you’re looking for a special present, we also create colourful gift boxes for adults or children, filled with books, gifts, treats and a card – all chosen specially for them.



Next Day Ordering

Click here and we can order any book for you to collect the next day.

If you order a book from us, in person or on the phone, it usually arrives and is ready to collect the next day.

We have access to around 500,000 books all of which we can order to arrive within 24 hours. We’re also very happy to post books to you.

If you’d like to be part of Kenilworth Books but live further away, that’s fine – just let us know where you’d like the book sent to and it will arrive, nicely wrapped and with one of our special bookmarks (and maybe a little treat..).



Instagram Book Club

Why not join our Instagram book group!

Many people who don’t live close to us join in the conversations and activity that buzzes around the bookshop, by linking to us on our social media. We’ve got an Instagram-based book group, which you can join in from anywhere.

We offer a 15% discount on our book group choice if you’re local and can pick up, or we can send it out to you! You don’t have to buy the book from us to join in though (but we do like to encourage readers to buy from a high street shop when they can), if you’ve borrowed from the library or prefer to download to an e-reader, that’s fine too.
