Come and meet author Rick Thompson, who will be signing copies of his book, A Year on the Fosse.

Rick Thompson, author of A Year on the River Avon, is back with his new book – A Year on the Fosse. The wildlife and History of the famous Roman Road. This book is a journey month-by-month from Lincolnshire through the Heart of England to Devon. The book tells of the historical ongoings of the road, the nature whilst also exploring the folklore and fable’s that were told about the road.

Signed copies of both Rick’s books – ‘A Year on the River Avon’ and ‘A Year on the Fosse’ will be available on the day.
