Anna is a Leamington author, whose mother survived Nazi-occupied Poland and the Ravensbruck concentration camp in WWII. Her new book After is based on the aftermath of the conflict.

Heinz Bauer is an ordinary man caught up in the Nazi terror which swept Germany. Career detective turned Gestapo officer, he works the system to protect his family and survive the war. Heinz escapes to the family farm to hide, but his past continues to haunt him. It tells the story of a shattered family trying to piece together their lives on an isolated farm in Bavaria.
